MERCH AND GOODS

All Sales Final Policy

At MERCH AND GOODS, every order is custom-made specifically for each client. Because our products are personalized with your logo, artwork, branding, or custom specifications, all sales are final.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Custom Orders

  • All custom merchandise is produced according to the artwork, sizes, colours, quantities, and specifications approved by the customer.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all mockups, proofs, spelling, sizing, and design details before production begins.

  • Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Colour preferences

  • Customer-approved artwork or spelling errors

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

Manufacturing Variations

Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery placement, garment sizing, or product dimensions are normal within industry standards and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from your approved order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment by emailing us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing error on our part, MERCH AND GOODS will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s), or

  • Reprint the affected item(s).

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, MERCH AND GOODS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates only.
